Passyunk Square is bounded by Broad Street, 6th Street, Tasker Street and Washington Avenue, and borders Bella Vista, Hawthorne, Wharton and Point Breeze. Much of the area is known as Little Saigon.
What to know about pointing here
On attached rowhomes, the front facade is often the only wall reachable from the street; rear walls may need access from a yard or alley. The Rowhouse Manual warns against air conditioners through solid walls and shows brick damaged by a dripping unit, a common cause of local spalling. If the City’s RRR loans fit your income, they cover masonry repairs.
